Exercise Prachand Prahar is a tri-service, integrated, multi-domain warfare exercise conducted by the Indian Armed Forces . It involves the Indian Army, Indian Air Force (IAF), and Indian Navy .

- Objective: To validate integrated planning, command and control, and the seamless execution of surveillance and firepower platforms across all three services, covering the entire spectrum of conflict . It aims to simulate future warfare scenarios .

- Advanced surveillance resources from all three services were deployed, including long-range surveillance aircraft from the IAF, maritime domain awareness aircraft from the Indian Navy, helicopters, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), space resources, and the Indian Army’s special forces .
- Simulated targets were identified and swiftly destroyed using synchronized joint firepower, including fighter aircraft, long-range rocket systems, medium artillery, armed helicopters, swarm drones, loitering munitions, and kamikaze drones in an electronically contested environment .
- Validation: The exercise validated integrated planning, command and control, and seamless execution of surveillance and firepower platforms across the three services .
- Follow-up: This exercise is a continuation of ‘Exercise Poorvi Prahar,’ which focused on the integrated application of aviation assets and was held in November 2024 .
- Review: The exercise was reviewed by Eastern Army Commander Lieutenant General Ram Chander Tiwari, Eastern Air Commander Air Marshal Surat Singh, and Navy’s Commodore Ajay Yadav .
