- NAFED has begun the sale of Urad, Soybean, and Moong procured under the Price Support Scheme (PSS) during Kharif-2024 in Rajasthan starting March 26, 2025 .
- Sales of Moong procured under PSS during Summer-2024 in Madhya Pradesh started on March 26, 2025 .
- NAFED is selling Groundnut pods procured under PSS during Kharif-2024 in Karnataka and Gujarat from March 26, 2025 .
- Moong procured under PSS during Kharif-2024 is being sold in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh from March 26, 2025 .
- Sales of Moong procured under PSS during Kharif-2024 in Gujarat commenced on March 7, 2025 .
- Soybean procured under PSS during Kharif -2024 is being sold in Madhya Pradesh from March 3, 2025 .
- Masoor procured under PSS during Rabi-2024 is being sold in Madhya Pradesh from March 3, 2025 .
- Sales of Soybean procured under PSS during Kharif -2024 began in Karnataka on February 12, 2025 .
- Moong procured under PSS during Kharif-2024 is being sold in Haryana from January 27, 2025 .
- Sales of Moong and Sunflower seed procured under PSS during Kharif-2024 started in Telangana and Karnataka, respectively, on January 13, 2025 .
- Safflower procured under PSS during Rabi – 2024 is being sold in Karnataka from November 7, 2024 .
Other Updates and Activities:
- NAFED convened its 67th Annual General Body Meeting in New Delhi on September 13, 2024 .
- The Chairman of NAFED met with the Prime Minister and briefed him on the organization’s current activities .
- NAFED is inviting bids from agencies for 360° media services, including Multimedia, Event Management, Digital/Social Media, and PR work .
- NAFED has lodged FIRs against multiple federations for their alleged role in onion procurement .
- The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for copra for the 2025 season .
- New NAFED onions have arrived for sale with prices ranging from ₹10 to ₹14 per kg .

- NAFED has announced nine vacancies for Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager positions .
